Awesome mod! Out of interest are the mace recipes supposed to be available on a fresh character, or could it be an issue with my load order?

There is a little book on the table with the crafting station. It has all the recipes. Are you sure it's not there?

I mean is it intended that a fresh character already has the recipes? If I go straight to any forge I have the mace recipes without finding the specific crafting station or anything? Sorry if I didnt explain clearly.

It's not normal that your character has one item from this mod in their inventory at the start, no. How did you manage to achieve such a glitch? :P

I can get your authorization to share it with other websites, so that more people can experience the charm of the torch

No, I don't allow the reupload of my mods to other sites. You can direct them to this page.
Generally, reuploading to another site counts as stealing unless permitted by the author.
If I see my mods reuploaded to other sites, I'm allowed to copyright strike them.

It is a great mod. Thank you man <3
Is there a way to lower or mute the sound of torch? It makes my ears bleed after a while :D

Not without having me patch it. I'll add this to the to-do list!

Will an NPC use this, if I take out their torch and give them one of these?

Edit: So, npcs do use them as torches, but there's an animation bug with the arm where it stays in the torch pose which can only be fixed by making the npc take out and sheathe their weapon.

It is an amazing mod I had to stop using it back then because I used iEquip and it forced the torches to go out after a while so Everlight gone to neverlight for me sadly but since I cannot use iEquip anymore I will totally use this again

It's really a beautiful and great mod! Thank you for wonderful work!

One thing though... when I do un-equip those, my left hand is still looking like it is holding invisible something. Goes away when I wield something two-handed.
The bigger problem though, the light towards my face does not go away when I un-equip them. Is this a known issue, or possibly a mod clash issue?

Thank you! and thank you in advance for whomever has the same problem with me and is willing to look at it.

[deleted] barely lights up the body of the one carrying it let alone surrounding area.

That's not how vanilla Skyrim is supposed to look. It's pitch black.
If you install lighting mods such as extremely dark ENBs, you can't expect everything else to magically adjust itself to your own load order. Patches are a thing.
Please don't go around the Nexus calling mods "bad" just because they don't fit your setup.
A good way to go about this would be providing your load order and ENB setup and leave an informative comment for other users who might have a similar load order.
And perhaps if you're nice to the modders they might provide a variation of the mod you're interested in.
      Just a thought.

later on i realized. this is due to anger from programming and other influences. i am using darker nights and torches having better light source. thanks.

Where can I find a mod or fix that will increase the brightness and radius of these torches?

I could make a patch. Track the mod so you'll get notified when the update is out.

It's a great mod but the only reason i am not using it is that i dont want to summon an Atronach every time i use the torch. This should be optional.

@Undriel, that Cold Flame Atronach looks amazing in the screenshots - you ought to release it (and with another Jade recolored Atronach, as suggested by foxstriker9) as a separate mod!

EDIT: found another mod (Colorful Magic by 184Gesu SE - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13261) that adds several Atronach recolors/retexes, but yours looks better -- maybe because you retexed the Atronach's black skin too, making it more like the glowing highlights in runic weapons, and your subtle darker glow on the skins contrasts well with the flames.

    Gotta try your mod now!
