I LOVE this mod. It makes the game feel so much more full of life.
One of these days I hope you get around to adding in the "Jarals Longhouses"... Nothing like going to talk to the Jarl of one of the smaller holds only to find his longhouse is less well decorated than the local Inn.

I know this post is old, but it might be worth checking out Houses Shops and Inns. It changes to Jarl's longhouses. Myself I used the basic version only, with the inns removed by myself. I find the changes to the Inns and Guilds and player homes too extensive. I use Cooking in Inns for the inns.
I like mods that enhance vanilla locations. However, this touches quite a few areas, so there may be conflicts that need to be resolved or one of the cells from a competing mod needs to be deleted. Dungeons Revisited ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16034? ) changes Bleak Falls, Embeshard, Ustengrav, and White River Watch (interior & exterior for this area).
It can't be compacted or flagged esl as it simply contains too many records. Esl flagged files have an upper limit on the number of records they can contain, and this mod exceeds it. There's no solution, other than splitting the file up in several smaller files, which I'm not sure the mod author wants. Anyway, came by to say this mod looks really great and promising, I like how you add something that seems natural and fitting, and not over the top or overly cluttered. Would love to see you tackle the Forsworn camps and Dwemer ruins as well.

That means that in some circumstances you will see "flickering" caused by the engine.
