Simple .bat file setting all skills levels to 0. & The maximum probability of pickpocketing is changed to 100%.

Mod feature
1. Change all skill values to zero.
2. The maximum probability of pickpocketing is changed to 100%.
Pickpocketing normally maxes out at a 90% chance meaning you always have a 10% chance of failure.
This mod changes the maximum probability to 100%. This does not make pickpocketing easier.
Install / Uninstall / Compatibility.
To install and use, simply copy the file into the skyrim folder, launch the game, open the console using the [²], [~] or [¬] Key depending on your keyboard and write: "bat one"
To uninstall, simply delete the .txt file from your Skyrim folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim (default)

Since this use basic console commands, this should have a 100% compatibility with every mods.
