This mod simply converts the "Summon Arvak" spell into a power, so that you don't have to equip a spell and then change it back.

As a spell-sword, I tend to find it very annoying when I have to switch to another spell to summon my horse, and then switch back to the original. I decided to go into the Creation Kit and edit the spell so that it could be used as a power instead. Simply equip the power, look at where you want to summon Arvak, and then click whichever button you use for powers/shouts.
You might have to regain the spell: Simply open your console and type "player.addspell 0200C600"
Installation: Manually install, and then drag the file into your Skyrim Special Edition Data folder. Make sure the mod is checked in your load order.
Uninstall: Simply delete the file from your Data folder.
Compatibility: This should be compatible with any mod, as it is a simple conversion within the original game files.
