A fully navmeshed small house with a living area, crafting, and storage.

Dragon Bridge Boardwalk is a modest house mod with a crafting area on the balcony cooking inside the house. The sundial tells the approximate time. It has a few storage containers and is located outside Dragon Bridge, see map. You may live there, craft there, or just harvest what you need for alchemy experiments and move on. 
Included in Version 1.0:
A house with three beds, fully navmeshed for followers
A large boardwalk area with potted alchemy plants, torchbug lanterns, retextured trees, and other plants.
Crafting, alchemy, & enchanting. 
A boat that takes you to Solitude Docks
Followers will not live here unless you have a mod that allows for followers to move to custom houses.
