When the mod is downloaded, double-click it in your mod manager. You're looking for the tab "Filetree". Double-click "Data" and drag the "Music" folder to your desktop.
From here, you'll want to drag and drop the Music folder into your Skyrim Data folder. It should look something like this: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data
This mod is super great, but again for some reason, Mod Organizer 2 won't support this mod, I am sure I have installed the mod correctly, I have playing and installing mods since the early days of mods so it absolutely makes no sense to me why among the 110 mods I have installed this one won't work!
oh, and i thought i would be hearing people being tortured to death or moaning and screaming in pain within the distance all the time, maybe even hearing blood dripping as well as seeing it, also hearing a clock ticking kind of loud enough that it makes you feel like your in a nightmare or something, but this is just a music mod.
these would be my suggestions if it's not too late, just randomly found this mod.

For anyone having issues in MO-2, it isn't packaged for MO-2 You either need to click manual install at the install prompt and you may have to install it twice to get the esp and the music, or install as per normal and then move the music folder out of the Data folder. The Music folder needs to be on the same level as the esp. Just grab and drag music down below the esp and your golden. The extra data folder in MO-2 screws up the pathing, as MO-2 is, in essence, the Data folder.

I use Mod2 and no matter what I do I cannot make the mod work for Skyrim Especial Edition....I wonder what goes wrong for me...
