Dunmer (Dark Elves) have Altmer (High Elves) racial bonuses.
A simple mod as I really enjoyed playing as the Dunmer, but really wanted an Altmer's racial bonuses. So here it is! I removed the Dunmer's normal bonuses and replaced them so as to not make it completely overpowered.
