Having those meshes installed causes CTD for me between Silverdrift Lair exterior and Heljarchen. I have Cutting Room Floor patch installed for both dynamic snow and No Snow Under the Roof.

Not far down the road CTD occurs between those two big rocks.
Just in case anyone else encounters the same issue I did with the Vigilant's Hall Patch and NMM, you need to extract the .rar and re-compress it using 7.zip. NMM should then install it.
