Adds a ring that applies the heavenly Sovnegarde glow effect to the player.

You know how the dudes in Sovnegard have that faint heavenly glow around them? Well now you can have that effect on yourself. This mod adds a ring that applies the glow when equipped, and removes the effect when unequipped. It works on followers too (if they have no other rings in their inventory)!
To obtain -
- I plopped down a few of these rings in Skuldafn and also in the mead hall in Sovngarde. One location where you can find one is in the Sovngarde hall, sitting on top of a barrel near the wall straight across (and slightly to the right) from the entry door.
- If you want to acquire it using the console, you can find the ID with help "Sovngarde" 4 ARMO , and then use player.additem to obtain one.
