Thaumaturgy - An Enchanting Overhaul by the Simonrim Team adds a lot of enchantments to a lot of weapons and armours. And a much more ;-)
Grace to SkyPatcher we can make sure that at least the enchanted items show up in the game. By solving potential conflicts.
This is actually a first step since the enchantments themselves still may conflict. Most conflicts in my own modlist ( about 1600 mods ) were with Summermyst ;-) So i guess it wouldn't be a big deal in the game anyway. Resolving that would demand much more effort. So that would take a bit longer ;-)
Together with Summermyst SkyPatched you can solve most distribution conflicts with Summermyst, even the path for using these mods together :-)
