About this mod
All three bound weapon perks (Mystic Binding, Soulstealer, Oblivion Binding) now increase damage in addition to their other effects (instead of just the first one like vanilla). So bound weapons don't plateau with a level 20 Conjuration perk, but keep pace with physical weapons improved by smithing, up to Daedric tier (at level 80 Conjuration).

In vanilla, bound weapons start off alright, but peak once you get the Mystic Binding perk (at Conjuration level 20). They are quickly surpassed by regular physical weapons if you invest in any smithing. The later perks (Soulstealer and Oblivion Binding) don't increase damage in vanilla, but grant bound weapons additional enchantments that make them soul trap, and banish/turned summoned daedra/undead. This mod makes those later perks also give bound weapons a damage bump. I also changed the minimum Conjuration level requirements for getting the perks (20, 30, 50 in vanilla) to better match pace with the progression of the Smithing tree for normal weapons (now 30, 60, 80).
Breakdown:
Mystic binding (Conjuration 30 required) makes bound weapons as powerful as Dwarven (improved with the Dwarven Smithing perk and Smithing level 30).
Soulstealer (Conjuration 60 required) makes bound weapons cast soul trap and do damage equal to Glass (improved with Glass Smithing perk and Smithing level 70).
Oblivion Binding (Conjuration 80 required) makes bound weapons banish/turn summons and do damage on par with Daedric (improved with Daedric Smithing perk and Smithing level 100).

An Ordinator version is available in optional files. If you use Vokrii or Adamant you don't need this mod, as they have similar adjustments built in.
We do already have a couple of other mods that simply apply a bonus to bound weapon damage that scales with your Conjuration level, but those have the unintended side effect of applying that bonus even to physical weapons in the other hand. It's a relatively minor bug, and you may prefer those mods. But this is an alternative approach to balancing bound weapons that I built from scratch to get around that, and it mimics the way the Smithing perks bump damage.
