Ashbringer's Curse
This corrupted relic feeds on mortal souls. Each humanoid you slay (any NPC with the keyword ActorTypeNPC) counts toward a hidden kill tally.
Upon reaching 100 kills, Ashbringer is empowered:
• +30% bonus weapon damage
• 30% chance on hit to absorb 70 Health
(Perks that affect absorb enchantments will further empower this effect)
• 30% chance on hit to absorb 70 Health
(Perks that affect absorb enchantments will further empower this effect)
