inherently a cool idea but has some common bugs in open threads that arent addressed to this day. it's generally interesting but i expected more and i expected at least a quest marker leading the place but thats just personal preference.the "tournament" was more of a boss rush but the bosses weren't very strong at the point of the game i was in. if i came early I'd like have a challenge but each one drops superb high level endgame gear that would instantly boost my hypothetical low level character. i have no problem with this, just something i thought to mention.the artifacts themselves are kinda weak in all honesty and since you only have to fight a couple guys and a dragon, getting 4 artifacts feels like a bit much for so little effort. harder enemies + stronger artifacts would have mafe more sense to me. at the end i assumed i had to pick one or the other between goldbrand and the staff, but i didnt. then, the game throws you a shield once you escape boethias realm. strange it wasnt included with the other two and is locked by an instantly openable lock (that glitched out for me and to be forced open with console.). the next quest for eltonbrand made me think I'd be going to another harder tournament but it was just a spell book in a tent.aside from all that my final verdict is this mod is a nice little quest but honestly not really worth it, especially if you have goldbrand from anniversary edition. for years i downloaded this mod dimply cuz it sounded cool and was a highly praised quest, but in modern skyrim modding i don't think its worth an ESP slot. this is the first time I've even actually done it since its kinda difficult to stumble upon naturally, then hard to find. was probably much cooler when skyrim modding was less advanced.
Hi, wonder if I can share a Requiem compatibility-roleplay enhancement patch?
The mod is great for many roleplaying opportunities. So I made a patch for Requiem:
- Adjusting stats of Champions of Boethiah - Changing the name of each Champion of Boethiah (their backstories only written on mod page, no in game edition) - Adjusting stats and enchantments of all artifacts
Wonder if I can have the permission to publish my patch?
this is by far one of the best quest mods I have seen around...In my humble opinion, It would be awesome if you would make something similar to Saint Seiya, the 12 Houses quest. In which the bronze warriors had to fight the Golden Warriors to save Athena. Each of Boethia's Champions would be in a specific arena, and the player has to go one by one, climbing up to the top, to fight for to best champion.... hahha I am just dreaming, I know something like this would take a lot of time and patience to do, Don't even know if it would be possible. Although the MOD IS AWESOME, thank you for creating it.
is there a way to remove the fire blast ability from the sword. its fun and all but it starts to get annoying as enemies can just easily gets stunned and overall makes the combat too easy
