Thank you for this! The beast form power got bugged on one of my characters (no transformation while still registering the power had been used) and this mod provided a workaround.
Anyone has trouble at Harkon's dialog at Dawnguard storyline because Harkon's transformation is as fast as Dom's muscle at straight line? I might have worsened the mod by converting into OAR, so it'll only work for player. Here are the link for the folder structure and the config, no anims included. I guess it's fine to post here and not disrespect the mod's author by including the animation files.
[Download - MEGA] <--require OAR. If any of you decided to make use of this, please extract the animation into the folder, ".../OpenAnimationReplacer/FasterTransformSE/" . Don't forget to check for OAR in-game, if it displayed for player(7) then it should work, maybe there will be clashing priority, you can adjust it, by default it is "11". OAR further explanation should be documented at OAR's page.
If what I'm doing is wrong, please contact me and I will take down the files. I take no credit. tktk1 for the animation and ersh for OAR, are the heroes. Go thank them.
This breaks the conversation with Harkon making you automatically leave the conversation and decline the gift of being turned into a vampire lord and being banished from the castle.
Just wanted to verify that I have the same issue. For some reason, this breaks the conversation with Harkon when you first enter the castle with Serana. You have no chance to respond whether you wish to accept his gift or not, he just (fast-) transforms into a VL and then immediately banishes you. I disabled the mod in order to get through the conversation and receive the gift, then reactivated afterward. Would be cool if you could fix it, though.
if you using PCEA you can place mt_vampirelord_transform.hkx into you directory PCEA Folder Rerun with Nemesis after you place it. So it wont affect Harkon. it works fine for me, idk if work with FNIS. sorry for my bad english :)
This mod fixed an issue where I couldn't transform into a Vampire Lord in VR; everything works perfectly now. Great mod.
Sidenote: Not sure if it's this mod or not because I never chopped wood before downloading it, but wood chopping happens at super speed now. Not an issue though, also not 100% that this mod caused it.
chopping wood, mining for anything, those all happen in super speed for me in vr I figure it's a result of not having animations for those actions in vr
