About this mod
After getting one-shot repeatedly playing a mage on harder difficulties I had an idea to reduce constant quick loads. This active ability prevents death once every 60 seconds automatically and casts a slow time effect for a short duration. This allows the user to reposition but drains all Magicka, Stamina, and leaves the user at low health.

The user also unequips held items and shout.
If the player dies during the slow effect or before the 60 seconds are up they will die like normally. It also does not stop fatal falling damage or most traps.
Includes a power (Shatter Time) to disable and enable the effect.
UNINSTALL: Be sure to disable the ability before you uninstall. If you don't, your player will be stuck as essential. This can be fixed by re-enabling the mod and using the Power - Shatter Time
