Added Conjuration requirements for many other values
This is a simple mod that adds a condition in Open Animation replacer to check if the player (or anyone else using Phantom Horse) has at least the required level of Conjuration. This means that until you have at least the required level of Conjuration, Phantom Horse will not work for you.
