I have always felt like the famed Necromancer's Amulet in Skyrim is extremely lackluster compared to its power in ES:1-4. And since very few mods changed the amulets stats, I decided to make my own and share it in case anyone else is interested.
The new amulet gives you the following:
+100 magicka
+25% magicka regeneration rate
Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast
and will fuel these abilities at the cost of:
-100% health regeneration
-25% stamina regeneration
-50 health
I made this with Ordinator in mind, since I use it. Ordinator's restoration tree has spells that synergize well with these changes and offset the negatives, such as Respite (healing spells restore stamina).
Currently there are two alternate versions; one with higher stats, and one with no downsides. Will make other versions at request. I personally prefer the roleplay of a double-edged sword: opening up a lot of magical ability early on at the cost of being fragile and easier to pin down.
