Small Solitude home-in-the-wall with room for spouse and two followers.

permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything being sold
or something illegal. Happy modding. :)
*Also, sorry but I won't be doing patches for any mods I don't use; and also may not depending on whether it's something I actually know how to patch and have the energy for.
All dlcs needed(Hearthfire, Dragonborn, Dawnguard)
Made cause I didn't want to stay at the inn or pay 25k septims for a home here, and none of the homes I already have installed/made seemed to click for my current character. Didn't include any crafting cause Solitude city already has pretty much all you need.
Get the key at the Winking Skeever right on the bar; just pretend you paid Corpulus for it. : p Screenshot of location in pictures.
Inside:
-shrines to mara, kynareth, julianos, zenithar
-plenty of idles for followers
-three bookshelves 14 books each
-double bed and two cots for followers
-cooking pot
-journal that gives Speech skill
-several weapon racks and plaques
-couple shield plaques
-plenty of safe storage both named/'unique' and regular
hope you enjoy!
