Spire of the Remnant Lord is a great player house mod, which requires the player to be a vampire or lich to claim it. It compliments really well other necromancer themed mods such Undeath Remastered, Ordinator and Dead and Daedric Guardians. The original mod is designed as a vampire themed player house. This mod changes this, replacing vampiric clutter and items with necromancer themed objects.
