Fast As A Deer: Just Another Horse Mod
A simple mod that changes the base speed of horses to equal that of vanilla deer.
Walk: 1.36x faster
Run: 1.85x faster
Compatibility
Most likely incompatible with the few mods that changes horse movement.
Installation
I highly recommend using a mod manager such as Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager to install and activate.
Load Order
Place it anywhere you want. I place it as high as possible in my load order as it doesn't conflict with any other mod that I use.
Test It Out
Bring up the command console screen in game (press `/~ key) then type: Help "horse"
A list of npc horse codes will appear. Type: player.placeatme "X" 1 where X is one of the horse codes. Then exit the console by hitting the `/~ key. Mount the horse that appears and go for a ride! Consider endorsing if you enjoy the ride!

1.Reduced swim speeds
2.2x increase in base stamina for all horses
3.Slight speed increase for Shadowmere. He's a little faster than other horses.
4.3x increase in stamina for Shadowmere. He can sprint 3x further than other horses.
To Update From A Prior Version
1.Remove old mod
2.Install as normal
