I just made this file for myself but I thought it might possibly help someone else out there.
Installation: Simply drag and drop the file into your Skyrim folder. Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition
Usage: Once the file is installed simply open the console command and input the command "bat addfish" without quotes.
