Make swimming feel more real by slowing it down by 10,20,30,40, or 50% (your choice!) (Default vortex file is 30%) (NOTE - Argonians are EXCLUDED as of v1.1 )

This one's for my buddy Rougeshot, and all credit to him for the idea... but dawgonnit he's right isn't he? Vanilla swimming is a bit too fast! Well no more. With this mod you can slow your (swimming) roll, by any one of 5 choices (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%), and increase your immersion by 101% :-)
(Default vortex file is 30%)
There's nothing more to it, you'll just swim slower.

Oh, last note - there are 5 files in main... You only need ONE, just depending on how much slower you want to swim. If you're not sure, feel free to try the different choices, but DON'T MAKE A SAVE with the mod installed until you're sure you've settled on the version currently active! (Or go back to an old save if you change your mind!)
