Is a simplified needs mod that is more inline with the original vision of the game, I intentionally pursued a design that made it feel like it was part of the initial game.
There is now incentive to pursue the consuming of certain food items in the game in order to acquire buffs all whilst being punished for not doing so.

The tutorial is quite simple and easy to understand - Time passes by, you get thirsty, hungry or tired.

Thirst reduces stamina.
Hunger reduces health.
Tired reduces magicka.

Drink any food item that is NOT alcohol and you will no longer be Thirsty, and will gain an increased stamina pool.
Eat any meat or vegetables to remove Hunger and gain an increased health pool.
Slurp up any type of soup to remove both Hunger and Thirst and gain both an increased stamina and health pool.

In order to remove Tired, you must sleep, however, the amount of time you sleep multiplied by two will be the amount of time it takes until you get Tired again. This time cannot be any bigger than 16 hours.

The duration of the buffs has been converted to in-game time, so the timescale directly affects the time of the buffs and how long it takes for you to get hungry. Lowering the timescale is recommended.

Vampires and Werewolves are not affected by needs.

If you drink alcohol, you will become Thirsty immediately. There is some alcohol in the game that does not make you Thirsty (Hint: Look for any alcohol that does not have any detrimental effects). Milk is also as good as a soup.

This mod is compatible with any food items that comes from any other mods.

The MCM Menu covers every value that you would want to edit. The changes apply on the next cycle of buffs/debuffs.
