About this mod
This mod includes a few tweaks to the heavy armor perks to improve its utility in some small ways.
- Permissions and credits
- Increase in damage mitigation by adding Elemental damage resistance
- Increase in combat utility above and beyond what can be done while wearing other kinds of armors
- Make heavy armor users a force to be reckoned with in ways that differ from Light Armor users
- Remove the ability to sneak effectively and the ability to be just as agile as Light Armor users
I have tweaked a few of the heavy armor perks to try and keep the idea of heavy armor unique; augment the damage mitigation advantage over light armor; and provide a slight benefit over other kinds of armor users. I've also attempted to keep the edits lore friendly and balanced. I am play testing and appreciate any feedback regarding the values chosen.

Mod Details:
Heavy armor now includes some damage mitigation beyond the physical damage cap at higher levels.
Modifies Cushioned to add a 20% resistance to all elements. This shows up as a magic effect once the perk is selected and the player is using all heavy armor.
Wearing heavy armor a lot will make it easier to move around, but sneaking it less viable than wearing light or no armor.
Modifies Conditioning to reduce the weight of heavy armor by half instead of setting to zero.
Wearing heavy armor completely mitigates stagger from incoming blows. You can now stand and face any kind of attacker without being knocked off your feet.
Modifies Tower of Strength to eliminate stagger.
Melee combat is more effective in heavy armor.
Modifies Conditioning to add a 20% reduction in stamina costs for all power attacks with one handed or two handed weapons. Modifies Tower of Strength to add 25% additional power attack damage to all one handed or two handed power attack types.
