The author of the original mod said they were inspired by Breton culture and Hummingbirds when they made this armor. In that theme, 50% of DP will go to the Wildlife Conservation Society, who help protect pollinators like hummingbirds and bees.
This armor is rather ornate and colorful for Skyrim so I distributed it extremely sparingly, entirely to Bretons, here is the DISTR text:
