About this mod

This mod slightly expands Mixwater Mill by adding new buildings and residents.

Created and tested in an AE environment. Compatibility with SE / VR is unconfirmed.

ESP-FE flagged.


Adds the following buildings and NPCs to Mixwater Mill:

A farm and two farmers
They sell small amounts of vegetables (potatoes, wheat, etc.). 
Protected.

A hunter and a hunter's shack
Sells meat, fish, and animal parts. 
Protected.

Two guards and a guard shack
Replaced by Imperial soldiers depending on the outcome of the Civil War quest.
The guard shack is purely for flavor, and the guards do not actually use it.

A bridge crossing the island


Compatibility
This mod modifies the landscape and navmesh around Mixwater Mill, which may cause conflicts with other mods that edit the same area.


Notes
Due to keyword issues with vanilla Skyrim items, the hunter is unable to sell some of the stock (alchemy ingredients). This should be resolved by USSEP (this mod does not require USSEP).
