Yep, Bethesda is literally giving the finger to ALL the modders that have made this game continually sellable for over a decade. Without the modding community, it would have made a fraction of what it earned, and gamers would have moved on to better looking/playable games. Yet Todd continues to break mods (made for free) with frivolous CC hack updates that literally add NOTHING substantial to the game. Ok, rant over ... I feel better now :)
I had not paid attention, but clearly no longer has any effect for me either (both hitstop and power attack).
I had played around with Nemesis... Should I troubleshoot or do we know it is due to the recent updates?
UPDATE : I did various tests (delete all traces of Nemesis, delete old TKHitStop script cache), reinstall, on/off. Not working. Only thing I have not done is add SKSE 2.0.17 to my game folder as I fear it might screw-up the system.
Note : and I am using Address Library for SKSE Plugins (version for 1.6x) and also tested with PapyrusUtil AE.

As it needs compacting FormIDS to be ESLified and has scripts, I don't want to do it myself

Modder did a good job also making the file descriptions clear. Well done TkTk.
That's about the only thing that current AE doesn't have atm.
Might need a NG version to work.
