Adds a Wisp like familiar to the Winterhold Collage grounds that can become the players animal companion

.:Astra - Mage Familiar SSE:.
Astra is a Wisp like creature that can be found wandering the Winterhold Collage Grounds.
She takes up the animal companion slot but is a bit more than just your basic animal follower.
While she will follow, wait and carry your items Astra also provides a bonus to the player. She is a familiar after all.
Astra, when in the service of the player, will bestow upon the player Wisp Light.
This is a passive ability with the following effects: Magicka regenerates 100% faster and resist magic by 10%.
New to the SSE version you can find a spell tome in Astra's inventory that allows you to summon her to your location.
Combat wise Astra tends to avoid combat but can get involved.
Every 24 hours Astra, via dialogue, will give the player 2 x Glow Dust.
Astra will also make wisp wrappings via dialogue if the player has the correct items in their inventory (2x Glow Dust 1x Linen Warp)
Astra acts as a light source lighting up the immediate area
Incompatibilities:
This mod is most likely not compatible with any mod that changes companions/followers. Such as large overhauls that allow for multiple followers.
The Oldrim version was not compatible with UFO or Multiple Followers Mod.
For SSE user of AFT and EFF this mod is untested.
