Ok, so I got this problem when I enter Riften jail. Inigo is not in it, but all his stuff is. Mr. Dragonfly is there along with everything else. The key to the cell is in the strongbox and so forth, but Inigo is nowhere to be seen. This is not a case of a bad installation, I know this because I've used the same installation on a different profile (I'm using MO2) and it worked without a hitch. I've downloaded the mod several times both with my mod manager and manually, just to rule out a corrupt download.
I got, on my current modlist, around 280 mods installed. On this profile, he doesn't show up. On my test profile I only have a handful of mods, around 15. When using that profile, he's sitting in his cell.
And yes, the plugin is activated. SSEEdit reveals nothing that could conflict with this mod. I'm slowly activating all my mods on my test profile, but it's a tedious process. Until then, any help would be much appreciated.

You can do this by first checking Inigo's load order, you need this later Then inside the game press the ~ key, to open the console. Next type "Prid XX008ae9" replace the XX with Inigo's load order Next type "MoveTo Player" hit enter and Inigo should appear right before you.

I don't know of any mods that would make him vanish from the beginning, but I am certainly not aware of all the mods out there, so you never know.
