Minor edits to adjust items added by Spaghetti's AIO to work with COTN Falkreath

Small edit I did to adjust the crate added by Spaghetti's Cities AIO which is clipping through the stairs of the barracks when used with COTN Falkreath.
Combine with this mod to remove the floating barrels and adjust other stuff. I only adjusted the crate and moved the items (sword, guard armor, helmets) accordingly. I haven't found any patch for this so I tried to make one and fiddle with the CK.
