Children were not fully added to locations in Journey to Baan Malur and Morrowind, so I decided to put this addon together. I am not particularly good with quests and scripts. So, this just adds NPCs and currently one minor location.
Features:
Compatibility:
Children are compatible with vanilla and any replacer. However, they are not compatible with their clothing. This because different models are used. There is an optional fix if you use RS Children Overhaul. If you do not use that mod avoid giving them different clothing unless it is available in this addon.

Why can I not adopt an adoptable NPC?
To fix this issue, you have to save and reload. The adoption having no prerequisites is what causes this.
I tried to find an NPC, but they are missing. What is this happening?
To be honest, I am not entirely sure what causes this sometimes. The NPCs AI packages are set up correctly. They likely got stuck somewhere. I have went to different areas and came back. Then, the issue was fixed.
