About this mod
my personal mod list after 7 time crashing and testing. it's for myself but feel free to point out any problem or mods you want to Add.

just my mod list for "performance", "immersion" and "first person" experience. AE version
It have everything in order, it mean mod 70 need to be top of mod 71 or 87. (for example)
my mod list have 35 separator but i try to say the most important ones
1_ core mods like skyUI, Racemenu, Address Library for SKSE Plugins, bug fixes and ...
2_ Leveling system is changed and use Experience but getting level in Experience is to LONG so i use "Leveling Freedom" and set it in 300 starting level and for every level up it need 10 more XP (normally it is 75 and 25 more for every new level) (LV1:300 XP.LV2:310 and go on)(you should change it in game menu it the Skyui MCM menu of the mod) at first it harder but after level 15 it become easier then vanilla to level up. i like to the more i use magic or stamina the more it grow so use Exhaustion, Exercise, Geometric Stat Growth. "but this way getting perk point are so hard" yes so for getting perk point use Skyshards and Dragon's Blood. "why "Dragon's Blood" and not "Dragon Souls to Perk Points"?" because you are THE dragonborn so when slaying a dragon you should become stronger and Dragon's Blood mod let you choose between /mana+5//health+5//stamina+5//perk+1/ ( if someone knew how to make it +10 let me know please +5 is to low) i recommend to use /perk+1/ when you kill a named dragon or a dragon in dragon lair, and the random flying dragons for /mana+5//health+5//stamina+5/ it make the named dragons more special (don't worry you gonna have problem killing dragons.hohohahaha). the idea come from

Skyrim PROGRESSION Mods from "SoftGaming"
3_ for "Ui" it use "Untarnished UI" i like it more then others, and it have wheeler and a reskin for it (Dragonborn Reskin - Wheeler) and HD Local Map, The Dragonborn's Bestiary, Skyrim SE Skill Interface Re-Texture, Show Follower Carry Weight, Skyrim Character Sheet, Oxygen Meter 2, Skyrim Character Sheet, and so much more, i changed most game icons like items, armor, weapon, magic and ... almost anything honesty ( i made it so i don't feel like anything is missing)
4_ for camera i just focused on first person so it's only Improved Camera SE and Show Player In Menus
5_ for main texture because it's a "performance" mod list i use SMIM SE 2-08, Skyland AIO 1k (feel free to download 2k but i really like the 1k one), Skyland bits and Bobs - Performance Version, Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes
6_ for small texture it's honesty about what you contact with most of the time, for me it's books, flowers, food, Ingredients, Potions, rings, staves, Locks, Dragon Claws, ElSopa mods and etc
7_ for sound/audio i use Audio Overhaul for Skyrim (4.1.3), Immersive Sounds Compendium 3.0 and Airgetlam -Modern Magic Sounds Rework- Remake (with patches)(i like the world quite but feel free to Add a music mod)
8_ gameplay overhauls
for new play through i use Alternate Start - Live Another Life - SSE ( feel free to Add "i was a boss like you").
for combat i use Valhalla Combat.
for magic: Mysticism - A Magic Overhaul
for perk: Adamant - A Perk Overhaul (probably i'm gonna change it to Vokrii Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim).
for standing stone: Andromeda - Unique Standing Stones of Skyrim(for now) . (some stone are overpowered)
for race: Aetherius - A Race Overhaul ( for now ). (too simple)
for vampire and werewolf: Manbeast - A Werewolf Overhaul and Scion - A Vampire Overhaul.
for enemies i use Enemy (R)Evolution of Skyrim - EEOS and NPC Spell Variance - Spell Variety AI and Know Your Enemy 2 - Armors + creatures+ patch.
for spell learning i use : Challenging Spell Learning ( for now ). (it's too hard in start)
for Archery: Archery Locational Damage.
for enchanting: Thaumaturgy - An Enchanting Overhaul and Zim's Immersive Artifacts .
for survival: Campfire and SunHelm Survival and needs and Journeyman - A Fast Travel Overhaul and Candlehearth - An Inn Overhaul
for soul gems: GIST - Genuinely Intelligent Soul Trap SE
for staves and scroll: Sorcerer - A Staff and Scroll Overhaul
for shout: Stormcrown - A Shout Overhaul
9_ New magic i like magic and one hand weapons (i'm a master of everything, two hand? yes, archer? absolutely and etc... even illusion" Darenii magic mods and "Immersive Illusion Spells"... but "isn't Darenii magic mods too overpowered?", hoho don't worry i balanced it in mod list, "How?", let say for example heavy armor is weak to normal shock and there is "Arclight" the "yellow shock" yes it's the same as "shock"+"Shocked targets take extra damage over time" but in exchange for that "extra damage" heavy armor are no longer weak to Arclight damage, for example =/ normal person+shock: 8 damage/ / normal person+arclight= 8 damage + 2 damage overtimes/ but /heavy armored person+shock: 12 damage (for example i dono exact number)/ /heavy armored person+arclight= 8 damage + 2 damage overtimes/ so as you can see it less than normal shock for a type of enemy
10_ New magic's Icons: icons for Darenii mods
11_ Looks and NPC: (i didn't add a mod that changes Npc face so Feel free to Add anything) for cloth and to feel more alive i added Wet and Cold SE and some more mods + some mods for NPC immersion like more to say, Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - RDO SE, Bandit Lines Expansion and etc+ Serana Dialogue Add-On SE and more Vanilla NPC + a new NPC: Jesper the Guard - A Custom Voiced Follower (From the Series Skyrim Guard Tales). I like the Series, i hope they add dave
12_ Some boss fight: Drake Knight Armor Boss, Ghosts of Akavir - A Boss mod (don't recommend it have too OP enchants Items i just stored the item's in my home) and some more
13_ Vanilla monsters: some changes to for dragons, Dremora, werewolf and Alduin.
14_ Immersion: some mods for VFX Edit like frost and fire and etc + C.O.I.N. - Coins of Interesting Nature + Dynamic Things Alternative - Base Object Swapper, Strange Runes and Immersive Equipment Displays to make the game more alive.
15_ New quests: now this is a hard part, i use Legacy of the Dragonborn, VIGILANT SE AE, Wyrmstooth, Olenveld, baba yaga, Falskaar and etc feel free to skip any mod you don't want but i recommend all of them but still it's your choice.
16_ vanilla quests: mods like College of Winterhold - Quest Expansion, Paarthurnax - Quest Expansion and etc
17_ New weapon and Armor: mods like Sentinel, Legendary Alpha Shields, Artifacts - The Ice Blade of the Monarch, Oblivion Artifact Pack, Northern God Armor and etc.
18_ vanilla weapons and Armor: mods like Armor and Clothing Extension, Dark Brotherhood Armor, Zim's Immersive Artifacts and etc.
19_ Animation: I use "Pandora_Behaviour_Engine_v" because it's better but feel free to use nemesis too. mods like True Directional Movement - Modernized Third Person Gameplay, Precision - Accurate Melee Collisions, Open Animation Replacer, Comprehensive First Person Animation Overhaul - CFPAO, Dismembering Framework ( cutting body part ), EVG CLAMBER - Slope Animations, EVG Conditional Idles, Dynamic Crafting Animations and etc.
20_ combat animation: mods like VioLens - A Killmove Mod SE, MCO, SCAR - Skyrim Combos AI Revolution, and a full pack of NPC combat from "ULTIMATE NPC ATTACK VARIETY GUIDE (MCO - SCAR)" and magic animation from the same author (MathieuTheDunmer), Dynamic Impact - Slash Effects X, Dynamic Impacts Armor and ETC.
"why you upload your mod list here?". I deleted the last 2 mod list pdf with my finished work pdf, and i don't want to lose it again, and when i want start modding from start (when i delete this account and login again) don't wanna see "you downloaded this mod" massage. (i don't know how to reset downloaded mods)... aaaand maybe my brother asked me to send him a full guide and i was like why not send it to nexus?.
