This mod adds a strong follower which can be found in High-Hrothgar. His name is Demon of Winter.

I had the thought: Why are there so less Followers that coud shout? This is what I done: His name is Demon of Winter. Perhaps he is overpowered. Perhaps not. I think he is close to it.
