Removes The Eagle Eye affect from the game Completely.

This will completely remove the Eagle eye affect.
If you are playing VR like me you most likely find that the "Eagle Eye" affect is annoying and only gets in the way.
This removes the entire affect, It removes both the visual and slow mo allowing you to shoot your crossbow (or gun) like normal.
This mod is ESL flagged
