New Important Update: It's been several months since taking a break from curating Real Estate or any of the other mods I previously got permission to work with, and A lot has changed and a lot has stayed the same. Still Cronically ill but I've recently been feeling better for a much longer period than I've experienced in quite a few years... It's too soon to know if I'll feel well enough to come back and get a team together to continue working on Real Estate and the other Projects I was interested in undertaking but for Now I just wanted to let you guy's know that I'm not dead, and I haven't forgotten about Real Estate... I'm just continuing to take things slow and steady for now. Thank you for handling yourselves so well during this time, seeing people help each other out in the comments section is really encouraging to see.

In the interest of getting better products out in a reasonable amount of time, all of my mods are now Open Source and I am accepting help from anyone with decent modding experience (Especially scripting experience).
Current Projects
Skyrim (Special and Legendary editions)
1. Keeping Real Estate Continued Relevant with appropriate patches and fixes for both the Legendary and Special Edition versions until a replacement is made (Unless people want to keep working with the original).
2. Building a completely new version of Real Estate Continued with better coding and features, with a focus on stability, ease of future modification and mechanic additions.
Fallout 4
Making additions to Lorenzo's Crown Mod
1. Adding new features to the mod like refining Mysterious Serum from your blood. (Adding blood drawing mechanic, adding blood bags to your inventory at the cost of damage to your health for each blood bag filled.)
2. Selling Refined Mysterious Serum to Cabot family for Caps. (Minor Voiced dialog) (Keeping Cabot Family young)
3. Potentially combining Lorenzo's Crown mod with Psyker Powers Mod as an alternative method for gaining super powers.
Bug Fixing and Polishing Psyker Powers Mod
1. Fixing any broken parts of the mod.
2. Potentially changing the Grenade pin sound when using powers to something more psionic and ethereal.
If you or anyone you know has experience in modding and you want something to do, please contact me with a description of your skill set and the project you want to take on.
People are free to make compatibility patches for any and all mods available on the nexus and other sites. Add them to Real Estate, do whatever you want, you can even get donations and credit points for them if you want, I really don't care... Actually I encourage it.

AdenYeshua: A bug occurs anytime you fast travel 4 hours or less before midnight and the distance is long enough that it takes over a day to get there. This results in the day of the week falling out of sync and the date being skipped(23 loredas becomes, 25 sundas instead of 24 sundas). In calendar terms, you're basically using a whole new calendar for the year, every time this bug occurs.
That is a bug with Skyrim itself, thus -not- part of the mod. But still the mod uses this function in current form. Our next "remade" version will use real time passed to avoid this. Sorry for the confusion. Still this is the best your probably going to get in it's current form. Enjoy.
Potential Fixes to look into. (We'll be forever grateful to anyone who can recreate these potential fixes, see if they work and if they do, make a list of steps they took to generate them so they can add them to the mod.)
Fixes: Black Face Miner Bug
sig57 2/1/2020, 6:00PM I went into the ck a few months ago and saw that the miners were unique but using the traits of a random bandit i think. Unticked that saved and was fine for the last three characters I've played. Hopefully that works for someone.

I can confirm the above fix! Just in case sig57's instructions are not clear enough for you, here are the exact steps I took:
Open the mod in CK (set the RE_realestate.esp as the active file - you don't need to load core.esp as it is a master and will load automatically) Select "Actors" and Put "RE_" in the search field - there are 10 actors named RE_Miner that need to be edited. Open each one and uncheck the box in the lower left corner that says "Use Traits" and click OK. Click the save icon to save your changes to the .esp, and quit CK.
This fixed all of the dark face issues I was having with this mod!
Note: Above fix will be or has been added to the Mod itself.
if you can't find one, there's a spell on the table in the final room of the Halted Stream Camp (if you need GPS to find it, get the quest from Amren in whiterun to find his father's sword) that allows the player to turn iron ore to silver ore and silver ore to gold ore. So basically every 2 pieces of iron ore you get can be turned into a gold ingot with the power of *alteration magicccc*
I'm having serious trouble installing. Loot keeps telling me that I lack the core file, and sure as s#*!, I do. Which is werid, because NMM clearly shows the core file as ticked, yet there's just no plugin. For a while, I thought this might be an issue with the mods metadata or something, so I did some zipping and unzipping, all to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
P.S. Yes, I installed the three files currently on top, through Nexus's mod installer function.
Is there anyone here who made this work in the Novolus modlist well i got it to work but it complety breaks my map into purple nothingness i dont know what is causing it maybe someone here knows how to fix this
Any mods you add to Nolvus have to be at the bottom of the list. I wound up deleting a lot of the senseless mods that were taking up space more than anything. Start a new game and all should work fine. But don't remove the few mods that are required to make the game function.
I just spawn the base id object Landlord's Safe and it has the items in it. You don't take the deeds out, just withdraw the gold and items collected. I place ore in it since I have the mines sending ore to safe and farms sending food to inns. Older people get free rent and jerks the higher rent.
player.placeatme <base id of landlord safe from whiterun ie xxx27355 where xxx is the mod's load order number in your game> mine would be: player.placeatme 8B023755
To manipulate, click the safe you just placed and use codes like:
moveto player (to move it around, or use the mod that allows you to move any object)
setangle x 0 setangle y 0 disable enable (these four steps to get it leveled and refresh the collision boundary of the object)
Front of safe will be facing right once placed so keep that in mind. Hope this helps.

Is it possible to place my own landlord safe in my own home and get it to work properly? If so how?
I already have the safe actually spawned with c/commands but it remains empty and I cant move the deeds.
I dont have any real hopes that it will work but it would be super convenient if someone who has done it to pass along the knowledge.
