Initial Release
This patch simply changes the odds of getting the various tiers of loot from Dynamic Dungeon Loot. This should allow players to actually get a piece or two of the unique loot each playthrough.
Common - 40% (-10%) Uncommon - 30% (unchanged) Rare - 15% (+5%) Very Rare - 10% (+3%) Legendary - 5% (+2%) Exotic - All Legendary rolls have a 25% chance to generate an exotic item.
