Does this mod affect NPCs which have no level cap such as magic anomalies, the mercenaries at Goldenglow Estate, and J'Zargo?

Nevermind, I looked through myself and found that those three I mentioned don't scale.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, I tried to give them reasonable levels, especially the magic anomalies. Think J'Zargo has the same level as the max set in the Unofficial Patch

    Great mod.
This is how game should look like. Finally our leveling have no influence on the world.
It add great ammount of immersivity to the game.

It work the same like Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul and now game is finally chalenging and interest. You cannot storm everybody and all the places as You like. Now somethimes You have to run.

    Good Job Man.

A word of advice with load order. Load it after the bashed patch and do NOT merge it with the bashed patch it will over right the mod

I can only play Oldrim right now and am very interested in this mod. Any chance it could be downgraded, pretty please? ;'C

Unfortunately porting a mod from Skyrim to Skyrim SE is far easier than visa-versa. In fact, as far as I know you'd have to start from scratch. You should instead look to Skyrim Scaling Stopper, it's better documented and includes a tonne of mod patches too. Setup is definitely more complicated and some of the patches for mods are for obsolete versions but I personally never play without it.

Skyrim Scaling Stopper is a very good option!

I am trying to use Automation Tools for TES5Edit but am stuck at a crucial stage. If I can get past that, there's a better chance I'll release this mod for Oldrim, although by then you may feel David Brasher's mod is better
