The neck part in the Tarnished armor appears to be transparent with certain ENB or light mods. Made a quick fix in NifSkope to solve the issue.
Install
Install the main mod and any retextures.
Install with any mod manager, this mod must overwrite the main mod and any retextures. Or manually place the meshes folder to your Skyrim Data folder.
