This is a simple recolour of the Staff of Hasedoki into necromantic green, à la Desceration and Necrotic by Darenii.
Now the staff will match you when under the influence of the Necrofication power from Necrotic. It also now matches the aesthetic of the necromancer's amulet.
Just a texture, no esp.
