New version has been released. This is a huge Overhaul to the core of the mod. I've not included a changelog because there are 1000s of changes so I updated the description page to match the new version. I've left 1.2 up for those that still really enjoy it.
Sorry, but what's the point of this mod? I just have to escape from the dungeon, because the boss have 75 lvl, but every other enemy in the dungeon is 9 lvl max. Is this intentionally? If yes, it doesen't have any sense. What's the point of such backtracking?
The chests feature is bad. Imagine going through a dungeon, finding all sorts of chests, including hidden and locked chests, only to find charcoal and linen there. Makes no sence. Obviously it destroys any exploration and scavanging spirit while investigating places. For example: hidden underwater chest in yngol place, hidden room in ustengrav, also another place in ustengrav where you need to use whirlwind to cross collapsed bridges to get the chest (rare occasion in skyrim when you stumble on this sort of a puzzle), all of these places could had rewarding chests, but they didnt because of this feature. Some chests have something in them actually, but it's rare and looks more like a bug. Putting a little gold and some minor loot there would be a lot better. Everything is great, besides that thing.
No aedric artifacts are found in dwemer ruins in skyrim. the only aedric artifacts in the game are auriels bow and auriels shield neither of them are in a dwemer ruin
After using this mod for a long time I realized that it simply has no effect at all. Bleak Falls Barrow, for example, keeps leveling mobs. Even though the Encounter Zone says a specific level, the dungeon continues to give me mobs level 40 to 70. Can anyone explain why? I've already downloaded a bunch of mods that promise to make NPCS stop leveling with player, but none of them work properly. When I look at SSEEdit I see that Bethesta made a GIANT tangle between base templates.
This mod would theoretically solve everything easily just by changing the level of the EncounterZone, but it simply doesn't work... It doesn't matter what level I put in EncounterZone. I'm going to go crazy
I suggest you learn how to use Synthesis patcher ( super easy and user-friendly ), and take a look at "True Unleveled Skyrim", "Enemy Releveler" and "NPC stat rescaler". Combining these 3 and download an encounter zone mods of your liking and youll get exactly what you ask for.
I had already taken a look at these mods that you suggested, but I ended up thinking it would be better to make the changes myself in SSEEdit, since I want something more specific. But thank you very much for the tip, anyway. :)
I like the ideas presented here, but I typically use slow leveling mods. With a slow leveling mod, I have a hard time imagining what my character will be doing for the first 10-15 levels to gain experience to actually start delving into these more challenging dungeons.
i went to get the dragon stone at lvl 4, there where a bunch of bandits (10 to be exact) after 2 tries i used my bow and went stealth archer on them. as soon as i reach the draughr wight lord (lvl 15) andd me at lvl 7 i equip my necromancer robes, favorite Heal and couple of other trash and shield on the left hand. I went back to Farengar 21lvl. 70block / 50 Heavy Armor / 40 restoration/ 30 light armor only to realise in the next cave that i couldnt do s#*! cause i dint do any damage, so i went stealth archer again. Now im 31 lvl and still dont do damage but i got dragonPlate and daedric cause this mod didnt get updated for AE and CC content... so im stuck with enemy bandit bosses equipped with daedric and dragonplate......
I'm looking at the plugin in xEdit and i'm seeing a BUNCH of things conflicting with Thaumaturgy - An enchanting overhaul, but i can't find a patch anywhere? has it just never been made or is it just not necessary? I'm talking about items in the Leveled Items category of the .ESP.
does this work with qurrent ae? ok figures after giving some thought on the dates. since its older than AE it didnt include CC content in lvl lists so now i also got a daedric plate at 31lvl + a dragonPlate at 27lvl (i didnt do the quests didnt want to break my game from the start..). Thing is if its easy to patch it. So is there anyway to patch it with xEdit, i opened the esp here and we gota add Dragon Daedric Orcish/ heavy-light variants Steel Silver Iron Leather Dwarven Elven Hunter as for Amber and the rest Saints-Seducers i dont know. But cant figure out a way to make it easy cause i got to copy from one side to the other, editorid's make new ones, and find all appropriate lvlLists and in general dont know what im doing.....
