I didn't see this type of shout existing yet, so I made one.
Use "player.teachword MysticEyes1" to get the shout.
It also requires one Dragon Soul to unlock by selecting the shout and pressing R.
3 versions
Turn people into stone for 30 seconds = 40 seconds cooldown.
Turn people into stone for 1 min = 1 min cooldown.
Turn people into stone for Infinite = 1 day cooldown.
Can use dispel magic mod from Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim to remove the infinite petrification Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community
