Morrowloot Ultimate (MLU) by ChocolateNoodle makes higher-tier equipment harder to come by and more effective, similarly to how TESIII Morrowind implemented equipment tiers.
Summermyst - Enchantments of Skyrim by Enai Siaion adds dozens of new enchantments to be found on weapons, armor, and jewelry.
This patch is the latest (AFAIK) effort to make the two play nicely in terms of levelled lists and item values.
