Inspired by Ordinator - Start with Perks but now working seamlessly with skypatcher and without the annoying permanent magic effect
If you don't use ordinator or don't want one of the perks listed here at start, simply open the ini and either delete the line or put a ; before it
i use vokriinator and it works fine for me
Start With Vanilla Perks -
Starts with All Dual Casting Perks,
Bow Zoom tier 1,
Mage armor(Alteration Spells are stronger if not using armor),
Deflect Arrow,
and Summoner tier 1 ( Summon and Revive from further away)
Ordinator module -
Starts with Force of Nature
and Spirit Tutors
