Oh wow! It made the hotfiles over here. It didn't do that back in regular Skyrim when I first released it. In fact, none of my camps made the hotfiles back then. Glad to see they're appreciated still! :)
Kinda bummed it doesn't come with the Stormcloak Version like the LE one did. I just brought the whole of Camp Varglya with me and Sofia, and the Imperials just smiled and let us walk right in, and didn't seem to care all too much when we started killing them. The LE version with the Stormcloak plugin, as soon as I got in range the whole camp bore down on me with the righteous fury of the Divines, and it was awesome. I'm gonna try to see if I can fix it for myself to get the great epic battle that I was hoping for.
Perfect Mod for my playthrough. Using NFF and MHIYH, I placed my 20 followers in the camp, with the 13 there already and now we have a fitting home base for our Skyrim takeover.
Great idea to have background files on all 13 followers in the camp. Losing them in battle will make it hurt more.
When I load up Loot it says that "This plugin contains records that have FormIDs outside the valid range for an ESL plugin. Using this plugin will cause irreversible damage to your game saves". Unless someone knows what this is about and how to solve it, ill have to give this a hard pass.
Love this mod. As someone who studied the Roman Empire for years. I love the whole Imperial aspect of them. Then you come out with this " Heres your own Camp Mod" and man very nice. Loving every bit of it. Got me a Set of Heroic Imperial Armor and have destroyed the Storm-Cloaks for the game. Now Command Camp Argentum Before Retirement. (way later).
I read all their files and LOVE just LOVE that Lexius if a drunk and doesn't follow commands well so you CANT take him as a follower and go out since has so unreliable. Great content there. I also was able to create and make some Crimson cloaks for them to where this way they look more Roman. But since cant take Lexius cannot give him a cloak. Bummer (I may have to pick his pocket and slip him a cloak that way) :)
Things I think could make this even better after playing with it for long time now. 1.) You cannot ride horses through the gates. This is a huge Bummer. Maybe widen the gates and remove some of those tents in one corner and make a horse Pen. As Romans on Hadrian's wall literally lived with their horses in where they slept.
2.) Why does the Commander keep sleeping in the outside tents with the troops.? This would never happen. Anyway to make him go sleep in the Centurion Tent.
3.) I sat on top with the Look out on the main tower in the front for literally 4 days straight and no-one and I mean NOONE passed on that road.? What about having random Storm-Cloaks or bandits attack like maybe every maybe 10 days or something that are killable. So that the legionaries have something to do. If I showed up when they were battling or woke up and left my tent to the sounds of Metal clashing I would piss myself with joy. Now I say this with the greatest respect because I am NO modder. SO I would assume a simple spawn maybe wouldn't be that hard. (i think)
4.) Even a spawn every so often of an Imperial Courier or something that would show up with news on Storm-Cloak, Bandits, or anyone going on in the area. Or even Since there are SO many tents, maybe having some small roving Imperials outside the walls Auxiliary Archers and maybe a Legionary that goes out and comes back in once in awhile. This could possible sparks more fights nearby making the other guys in the fort come out and help.
Not a lot of war going on right now since I finished the part of the game with Storm-Cloaks loosing and Ulfric Dead now. Imperials Dominates the whole of Skyrim on the map. All Red.
Anyway GREAT idea Fricken LOVE it. If you do more awesome if not well You still have an Awesome RP mod. I will continue using for many a game. I will probably load this for Every toon I play just to have that fort there.
