Mihails Sewer Rats but they don't have an aggro radius so the town guards/your followers don't go to DEFCON 1 when one is detected

The sewer rats mod is awesome, but town guards would blow the war horns and my follower would start slinging spells at them, which is just bonkers and unimmersive. So I went to xedit and changed the aggro radius behavior to false. You can still kill them, but people don't drop everything and make it their top priority to kill them. I also have files for FrankBlack's smaller versions (the esp versions).
Oh and I hope its not a big deal, but I also took away the single gold piece from their loot tables, its just something I did for personal preference, and those are the files I uploaded. All they have is rat meat
