The College of Winterhold librarian can help you find books. Ask him about a topic that interests you, and he'll give you a directory with a list of books on that topic. It's really that simple.

Description:
When I first played Skyrim more than a decade ago, I remember when I first played through The Black Star quest. Aranea and Nelecar each give you their own descriptions of Azura and her motivations. Whether roleplaying as a good or evil character, it can be difficult to feel like you're making an educated decision. I remember then that I wished I could've learned more about Azura, but I didn't have any idea where to go to learn. This mod is my nod to that much younger me.
Find Urag gro-Shub in the College of Winterhold's Arcanaeum. He will have a new dialogue option, fully voiced using vanilla voicelines, which allows you to ask for books on a topic of your choice. Urag will then give you a directory on the chosen topic, a book which contains a list of every book in the game which features that topic (except for notes, journals, and other unpublished works). It's really that simple.
