it never made sense to me when you the dragonborn that has a soul of a dragon by Akatosh that the amulet of Akatosh dose not give reduce shout cooldown it made sense in the other games like Oblivion or Morrowind but in skyrim you think it would be different for the dragonborn but the amulet of talos give it instead
this changes the amulet of Akatosh to give 20% reduce shout cooldown
i know that there mods like Braid of Akatosh that add a amulet that dose something similar along with other mods but most of the time like for Braid of Akatosh it too over powered
