Custom patches for use in the Wabbajack modlist Licentia NEXT by akzar.
NOTE
These patches were developed for Licentia NEXT. Standalone usage is unsupported and untested. If you are using these files for your Licentia installation, you can ignore this message.
Read below for each patch, what it does, and how to use it. Keep reading for a note on the provided Synthesis outputs.
PATCHES
No Triple Triad (latest 13.4.1)
Allows for removal of all 3 Triple Triad mods:
- Triple Triad Card Game in Skyrim
- Triple Triad in Skyrim - Tamriel Edition
- Triple Triad - Custom Follower Dialogue Patches
Install and place the mod anywhere below Licentia NEXT - Shared Patches (Priority >1430). You should not have to change the plugin load order at all.
Re-run Synthesis or use the provided output.
The aforementioned mods can now be safely disabled/deleted.
More Starting Gear (latest 13.4.1)
Opinionated tweaks to the starting gear found in the Alternate Perspective starting room.
I found that Alternate Perspective - More Sensible Starting Gear Patch stripped too much gear from the starting room. I've added back a few things to accommodate more starting builds. The changes are:
- Adds 1 of every vanilla Iron weapon to the weapons chest
- Adds a set of Iron Armour to the wardrobe
- Adds an unenchanted mage robe to the wardrobe
- Removes beggar clothes from the wardrobe
I personally feel this is a middleground between the balance the original More Sensible Starting Gear patch offered and accommodating more starting builds, as someone who generally doesn't care much for One-Handed or bows. Also you already spawn with clothes so I found the random beggar clothes in the wardrobe redundant.
Install and place the mod anywhere. Place the plugin in the load order anywhere below AP-SensibleGear.esp (Priority >1084).
No Synthesis or additional steps required. Plug 'n' play.

SYNTHESIS OUTPUTS
I have provided pre-compiled Synthesis outputs for each patch that requires Synthesis to be re-run. These are optional and provided for your convenience. This means you don't have to run Synthesis yourself but it comes with one main caveat: Only one Synthesis output can be used per Licentia installation.
That means:
- If you just want one patch of mine that requires Synthesis, you can safely download and use the provided Synthesis output.
- If you just want one patch of mine that doesn't require Synthesis, you can just download and install normally.
- If you want more than one patch that requires Synthesis, you will need to run it yourself and cannot use my pre-compiled outputs.
- If you want more than one patch, but only one requires Synthesis, you can safely download and use the provided Synthesis output.
- If you want more than one patch that doesn't require Synthesis, you can just download and install normally.
Once again, the pre-compiled Synthesis outputs are entirely optional and provided for convenience. If you know how to run Synthesis yourself, just download the patch and re-run it. If you don't know how to run Synthesis and would like to learn how, this guide runs you through step-by-step. If a patch doesn't require Synthesis to be re-run, you can ignore this completely.
