Makes Stormy's Wine Goblet to actually consumable Wine.

The first thought when I saw those wine and blood goblet was wondering make them into actual wine. So here it is.
They have the same value as vanilla Wine and Potion of Blood. And they would need a Gourmet/Requiem/SkyFood/SunHelm patch.
Requires Original Stormy's Wine Goblets - BOS or Replacer.
