Adds a little spell to all the vanilla races in the game that makes everyone frenzied to anyone they see and attack them. If they arert in a loading screen area, they will be most likely dead by other npcs when you get to them.

This will also make essential npcs to protected and removes some ghost tagged npc protections. and disable combat boundary.

Any Npcs added by mods that uses the vanilla races will be affected by the spell in the races. but any npc that is added but uses a new race wont be affected, useless a patch is made for it. This will conflict with any mod that touches the race records. I also made two extra factions that are enemies with each other and slapped them in all of the factions so they will hate each other but that might be pointless i dunno.

Do not use for normal play. Obviously. Watch npcs kill each other and go after you when they pick their next target. watch the blood and guts fly everywhere as they murder everyone including their friends and family. everyone hates everyone.
